Health, safety and the environment

Integra has paid particular attention
to Health and Safety issues for
many years.

Our key relationships are with ship
owners, terminal operators and
haulage companies. We ensure that
we have logistical providers of the
highest quality by making technical
evaluation visits to potential
suppliers and insisting that any
problems uncovered are resolved
before we commence trading.

We believe that our industry should
follow clear, consistent and
enforceable regulations. So we
follow the guidelines issued by
industry bodies such as CEFIC,
EPCA and CDI as well as the
EU Transport Executive's
recommendations.

And we believe that such standards
should be applied wherever we
operate - even though this might
make us uncompetitive in some

regions and even cause us to turn
business away at times.

The petrochemical industry has a
responsibility to society for Health
and Safety - now and in the future.
It is a global issue and one where
there can be no compromises.
