shipped, whenever possible, we
want to deliver it to your facility.
This is our commitment and the
basis of our partnerships. We
handle product right to the point
of delivery.
Our services are based directly on
the ability, experience and training
of our staff.
Most of Integra's traders have
come to the company from large
petrochemical companies or
shipowners. All are acutely
conscious of our responsibility to
the client in all aspects of the
transaction. We know that it
matters that deadlines are met.
We know that it matters that
paperwork is prepared correctly
and on time. And we know how
important it is that clients are kept
fully informed at every stage.

Communications
are crucial.
As evidence of our commitment,
overall, over a third of our staff work
directly on the distribution side of
the business rather than in trading.
Life long learning
We are committed to providing
regular and carefully planned
training for all employees to ensure
we keep our skills and experience
at the forefront of the industry.
All staff, including administration
and support staff, follow training
courses at an appropriate level
in the chemistry of the materials
we handle.
Distribution and logistics employees
are regularly sent on appropriate
external training courses to ensure
their skills remain up to date. And
our shipping staff attend outside
courses on maritime law on an
annual basis.
