Women of Influence 2026 spotlight by The CEO Magazine
We are delighted to share that our Founder & CEO, Gina (Georgina) Fyffe Fyffe, has been selected for the Women of Influence 2026 spotlight by The CEO Magazine Global!
Gina’s nearly 50-year journey in petrochemicals and shipping demonstrates that integrity, inclusion, and resilience are powerful catalysts in a company. As The CEO Magazine’s feature highlights, Gina built Integra on the fundamentals of customer focus and repeat business, responsible growth, intentional timing, and a belief that diversity and innovation go hand in hand.
As she says: “Diversity of approach is a strength, not a weakness.”
Gina’s leadership philosophy is rooted in practical action—whether it’s using technology making supply chains more transparent, embedding sustainability into decisions, championing the need to recruit the best people, train and develop staff and retain them it all plays its part. Today, Integra’s workforce is a little more than 50% women globally, from entry-level to board roles—a reflection of our commitment to recruiting the best talent, regardless of gender, age, or background.
Thank you The CEO Magazine Global Editorial Team for recognising Gina’s efforts and Congratulations to all the women leaders in this year’s spotlight.

Oil & Gas Middle East Awards 2026 Shortlist
Integra and our CEO Gina Fyffe have been shortlisted by the Oil & Gas Middle East Magazine for both the Industry Voice Award and the Oil & Gas Leader of the Year Award, as part of their Annual Spotlight Awards.
We are really proud and pleased for Gina, who has been active in the region for more than 45 years—dating back to her time with ExxonMobil Chemicals and the start-up days of the first KEMYA project in KSA. Since then, Gina has remained deeply engaged in the Middle East, overseeing Integra’s business and presence in the region, as well as serving on the International Trade Committee of the Gulf Petrochemicals and Chemicals Association (GPCA).
Under Gina’s leadership, she has advocated strongly for the role of women in our industry, for life long learning of both young and older people, and ensuring that our company leads by example in areas of not just sustainability, but also in governance and our role in society.
As a co-founder of WISTA International, Gina has also pointed the spotlight on the plight of the sailors who are responsible for the safe carriage of the world’s oil, gas and chemicals, but who are usually overlooked and yet remain a forgotten risk factor.
Congratulations to us, to Gina and all the other nominees! We look forward to celebrating the achievements of our industry at the upcoming awards next month.
