Most of our traders have joined Integra from large petrochemical companies or ship owners. More than a third of our commercial staff work on the logistics and distribution side of the operation. We are committed to ensuring the knowledge and skills of all Integra staff are kept at the forefront of current best practice. This means as a growing company we are always interested in well skilled and Integra minded individuals.
All staff, including administration and support staff, undergo training at an appropriate level in the chemistry of the materials we handle, as well as job specific and soft skills training.
To help understand our local/global culture, members of our chartering, operations and trading teams regularly travel to different Integra offices around the world, to encourage awareness and assist with integration, and have appreciation for the global nature of some of our clients.
